McKirdy and Riskin was founded in 1967, and concentrates its practice in condemnation, eminent domain and real property tax appeals. The firm is committed to the highest standards in these areas, and maintains a state-wide practice. McKirdy and Riskin handles matters in the trial parts of the Superior Court, and in the Appellate Division and the Supreme Court, and participates on the faculties of continuing legal education seminars, at both state and national levels.
